Alright so I have a netbook laptop, without a cd drive and I can’t go get one. Is there any site that can help me download, with the code, because I can’t get the CD to go in my laptop?
I have a pink Dell 10.1 inch mini netbook laptop, and the CD is Sims2
And can you download the Sims2 Pets without other Sim games downloaded?

A few Asian manufacturer’s netbooks have shown up on the products page over at the Computex homepage. It’s interesting, we keep seeing these models (mostly from China) for absurdly low prices, yet they never seem to make it to UK or US shores. Perhaps 2011 will be different. Check past the break for details and pictures of the new Lengda P10Q, Jumper JK01 and Marasst PNS1010. Lengda P10Q 10-inch netbook Pinetrail netbook.. Atom N450 processor, 10-inch 1024 x 600 display, up to 2GB RAM, Gigabit LAN, UMTS 3G, Bluetooth, 1.3MP webcam. Only 2x USB ports however. 3 and 6-cell batteries providing 3.3 and 5.5 hours runtime. Weight at around 1 kg for the 3-cell. Jumper JK01 First picture. Another typical Pinetrail netbook with an Atom N450 processor, up to 2GB RAM, up to 320GB HDD, 10.1†1024 x 600 display, Bluetooth and UMTS 3G. Samsung’s follow up to the very popular N210, and N220 netbooks is suitably named teh Samsung N230 . It’s not drastically different from the Samsung N210 and N220 models that launched earlier this year with a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N450 processor, 1G of RAM, a 160GB hard drive and runs Windows 7 Starter Edition. The netbook has a 10.1 inch, 1024 x 600 pixel display. Bt Samsung has given this netbook a new look using a brushed metal-style palm rest and a chiclet-style keyboard that looks more like ones found on recent Asus, MSI, and HP netbooks. No details on pricing or availability yet. via Netbook News.de

Back in March we first saw the Asus Eee PC 1018P , due to run Intel’s new Atom 455 and 475 processors . Today, the folks at Wireless Goodness spotted a filing for the netbook at the FCC. The new Asus Eee PC 1018P has the typical netbook standard 10.1 inch, 1024 x 600 pixel display and either a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N455 or 1.83GHz Intel Atom N475 processor. Also under the hood is 802.11b/g/n WiFi and Bluetooth 2.1 and optional integrated 3G. There’s also 1GB of RAM, up to 250GB of hard drive space, and a 44Whr battery. The nifty brushed aluminum chassis also sports brand new, high speed USB 3.0 ports. No more details at this point, but we’re sure we’ll see more of this netbook soon.

I have an Acer AspireOne netbook. When my iPhone headphones’ jack insert bent, I had to twirl it and force it in order to hear non-matte sound. Now, it plays matte sound on the headphones if I do not push up or down on the jack. Is there a cheap and quick solution to this problem?

INspiron Mini 11z £349. Remember the Dell Inspiron Mini 11z thin and light we took a look at back in January?  It’s Dell’s thin & light notebook / netbook with a 11.6 inch, 1366 x 768 pixel HD display, an Intel CULV processor, and a nice wide keyboard. One thing really holding it back was a crappy touchpad that used those right and left buttons on either side of the scrolling area.   Wel, now some folks in are reporting that Dell has started shipping the Inspiron Mini 11z with a new touchpad that has two distinct buttons below the touchpad. The news popped up on the MyDellMini forums from a UK user and a UK Inspiron 11z. It’s reported that the buttons ‘feel kind of cheap’, it’s still said to be a vast improvement. but it’s still much easier to right click and click and dag on the new touchpad. The Dell Inspiron Mini 11z is available directly from Dell UK for £349.
