Asus Concept eBook reader The Times Online is reporting on a new dual screen ‘Eee Reader’ from Asus which it reports will be launched before the year is over. The concept shows that the device will have two color displays, which in netbook mode could be used for a virtual keyboard and display. In eBook mode, the dual screens could each display a page of text and graphics. It’s speculated that the reader will come with speakers, a webcam and a microphone as well,to cement it’s position and a multi-function device. The target price for a budget model is about 100 GBP . Recall ASUS revealing a concept dual display device earlier this year at CeBIT 2009. Perhaps this was the Eee Reader all along. Share and Enjoy:
