How do I triple boot my Acer One netbook?

I have a 160GB acer one netbook that has plenty of spce for a couple of operating systems….
How do add Ubuntu and windows 7 to the already installed windows XP?

I wouldnt do that on that machine if I was you, I would just use a Virtual Machine, research them in google, Virtual Machines are great, there are free ones available

However Ubuntu has a new feature called "Wubi" this installs the Operating System onto your computer as a dual boot and you can add more if you wish, It does everything automatically for you and if you decide you dont want it anymore, go to the control pannel, Add/remove programs and uninstall it, No Mess, No Fuss LOL

Since you do not have an optical drive, prepare bootable Setup discs for all three OSes. See http://www.liliputing.com/2008/04/install-windows-xp-on-mini-note-usb.html

not sure for ubuntu but EasyBCD is good for;
