How do I upgrade my netbook from Windows 7 Starter to Home Premium?

Hi, I live in the UK and I am getting a netbook for christmas (Acer aspire one 531) This netbook comes with Windows 7 Starter. I am wondering will there be a way to upgrade it from Starter to Home Premium without having to buy a disc. If so, how much will it cost?
Thanks! :)

You can do the "Anytime Upgrade" they offer specifically for moving Starter to Home Premium, and it’s a good deal cheaper than the "normal" versions.

I don’t believe you can do it without a disc though.

Just look on Microsoft’s website for the Starter to Home Premium "Anytime Upgrade." You might find it a little cheaper in some stores, too.

If you absolutely want to do it without a disc, you can purchase a download version of the OS from them, but I expect you’d pay more since I don’t believe they sell the Anytime Upgrades that way.

Dont waste your money. Your netbook doesnt have the resources to run premium in the first place. All you will do is slow your pc down to a crawl.
