Hello, I just got a new Acer Aspire One Netbook so im pretty new at this. My webcam is built right into the top of my netbook, but i don’t know how to turn it on or use it. I would really appreciate your help, please and thank you!

Look under an Acer folder or something like that. You may also try looking it up in a help section that is on your laptop.
there is shifted tab on f1~f12 keys to this and maybe a composite key to do that
