How do stop my new netbook from asking for a password when I leave it idle for 5 or 10 minutes?

OS= Windows 7 Starter.
I just bought my wife an HP Mini netbook. If I leave it idle for 10 or 15 minutes, I have to re enter the password. Where can I change or adjust this? I’ve done it before in Vista and XP, but I can’t remember how to do this. Thank you.

1.> Right click anywhere on your desktop and select properties.

2.> Select the Screen Saver tab in the Display Properties Window.

3.> Remove the check from the box that says "On resume, password protect".

4.> Click OK and be on your merry way.
