My netbook (Windows XP OS) has bluetooth already, it picks up the controller but there is no way to skip passkey entry on the controller so an error message always comes up. What driver or program can I install to get this to work?!

I am sorry to inform you that this is not possible.
First of all, you need a Wii sensor bar that can hook up to a computer. They do not make them because that could render buying a Wii completely pointless. Second, the Wii remote wasn’t designed for a Bluetooth connection. And lastly, They are no programs/ drivers for it.
