How do you repair a netbook headphone jack?

I have an Acer AspireOne netbook. When my iPhone headphones’ jack insert bent, I had to twirl it and force it in order to hear non-matte sound. Now, it plays matte sound on the headphones if I do not push up or down on the jack. Is there a cheap and quick solution to this problem?

Nope. It needs to be disassembled for repair and if your aren’t good with small electronics then it needs to go to a shop.
