Gigabyte Booktop M1022 with stand The Gigabyte Booktop M1022’s biggest claim to fame is it’s vertical stand/dock. The dock has the same ports as on the netbook: VGA out, 3x USB, Ethernet and line-out for audio, but it enables one easily connect the netbook to an external screen, keyboard and mouse using the dock’s connections, while keeping the portability of a netbook. Some other highlights gleaned from the full review by SlashGear are: Thye Netbook opens up almost 180 degrees. It’s easy to dock the netbook in its stand, and it’s held securely. A good glossy display – not overly reflective. Express Card (even usable while docke) 6-Cell 7800mAh battery provided over 5 hours of battery life. Build quality of both the dock and netbook is very good. The rest of the specs (pretty standard fare) and some more pictures are after the break. Specs: 10.2†1024 x 600 Display Atom N270 processor GMA950 graphics 1GB RAM, 160GB HDD 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1 3x USB, VGA, Audio jacks, 1.3MP Webcam Express Card slot 6-Cell Battery Windows XP Home.
