What antivirus should I install on Acer Aspire One netbook?

I need a little suggestion regarding what would be the best antivirus to use on my Acer Aspire One netbook. (260 GB HD, 1 GB RAM). The McAfee Antivirus that was provided with it is not a very good software, I must say. So I need a better alternative. If anyone is using Acer Aspire one netbook, please do leave some suggestions for me.

are you able to update the firefox browser installed on the acer aspire one netbook, to firefox 3?

I’ve just got the above netbook, but daren’t update the browser to firefox 3. It is the basic model, with linux - is it ok to do so, or does it cause problems?

How many gigabytes does the acer aspire one netbook have?

I just got a new netbook, and I want to get sims2 pets for it. I already know that sims2 pets takes up 2 gigabytes. I just need to know how much space my netbook has, and if possible how much space I will have left if I get sims2 pets. A friend said that they have like 10 point something gigabytes but she doesn’t even have one so I figured I should check first. Please answer

Can a notebook cooling fan be used on a netbook?

I have the Acer Aspire 1 netbook. It goes a little hot under the case. I just purchased a notebook cooling fan with USB. Can it be used on the netbook? Is the power supply capable handling the extra wattage? Please let me know so I can make a decision whether to return the purchase of the fan or keep it. Thank you very much for your response.

Why does the battery in my Netbook only work after it was started with the power cord?

My Acer Aspire Netbook doesn’t bootup when it’s unplugged. When I plug it in, it will turn on. I pull out the power cord and it works on the battery fine. Is this a hardware issue? Can this be part of my power settings? Any ideas?
It’s less than 5 months old.

Will games such as football manager 2009 work on my acer aspire one netbook?

had a version of fm 09 which ran fine on my laptop, tried to install it on the netbook, but when click on it is doesnt run on screen. when clicking it again it says the program is already running, and this is confirmed in the processes part of task manager, but not in the applications, any ideas?

How do I physically change the keyboard on a Acer Aspire One Netbook?

Hi there, how do I change the keyboard on this netbook? I can find no service info on asus website for the netbook series, I have the replacement keyboard ready to go but want to know how to remove the old one?
