The new HP DreamScreen comes in 10" and 13" sizes The HP DreamScreen is touted by HP as a the next evolution in digital photoframes. To me,it seems like a mix between a digital photoframe and a netbook. The HP DreamScreen comes in two sizes, a 10.2″ or 13.3″ widescreen, both running at a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. Under the hood, the HP Dreamscreens are powered by an ARM based processor with 2gb of built in storage. You also get Ethernet , 8021.11b/g WiFi, and support for MPEG 1,2, 4, and H.264 video as well as JPG, PNG, and BMP images and MP3, WMA, AAC, and WAV audio. Most digital storage is supported, including CF, SDHC, Memory Stick, and xD. There’s no word yet on how much RAM is available or what kind of battery and battery life we can expect. In the US, the Dreamscreens are already available to buy, with the DreamScreen 100 coming in at $249.99 and the 13 inch DreamScreen 130 for $299.99 . No word yet on UK availability, but we expect it to come to the UK soon. Check out the videos after the break. Share and Enjoy:
