what is the difference between a laptop notebook and a little netbook?

i have a regular laptop notebook that does everything. i wanted to know what the cute little cheaper nEtbook does? less stuff?

It really depends on what you need your device to do.

laptops are usually more powerful than netbooks and you can use them for games or resources hungry software. If you don’t use such things, a netbook is a way better choice.

That’s because it’s smaller and a lot lighter. Comes with a better battery life (some offer up to 10 hours autonomy) and can still run all the basic applications, like a web browser, a movie.music player, very basic games, a text editor, etc . And netbooks are a lot cheaper though, as you can get something really good for around 300 or 350 bucks.

netbooks are usualluy 10 inches in screen size and have a lot less power that can be used for office/spreadsheet work and internet browsing, and watching videos or music online. laptops are 13 inchs + and can be used for a variety of more functions

netbook doesnt have a cd drive and is less functional than the regular laptop

Netbooks have the advantage of mobility and longer battery life, but isn’t really good for anything more than browsing the internet or reading mail. Laptops on the other hand are quite powerful and can do just about anything that a desktop can
