I’m thinking about getting an Android netbook, or maybe a tablet when they are released (The iPad is too restricted and too expensive). What software will I need to watch movies on it, does Android have a built in player and if not how much does it cost to buy one?
Oh, and what would I need to encode the movies on my PC?

yes,it’s already pre-installed with movie player.you could try GOM player for sure.GOM player is free to use(except,their encoder.but not so expensive)
