Which is the cheapest netbook available in India and apt for browsing and listening to songs alone?

So thats all I need. A device to access the internet with wifi. I will be doing the most basic operations. I don’t need a webcam. And the screen can be small as well with good picture resolution. it has to be fast. And i am lost without an integrated speaker. i love music. Help me find a netbook.
